Asking for advice

Just wanna get some advice as to when I should ask her out for the first time. I met this girl online over a month ago, and we've been emailing each other every other day. I'm wondering what is the proper next move? How can i ask her out for the first time without sounding like a dork?

Its simple you want to ask her out for an informal date, not the typical dinner and a movie thing but just go out for coffee or just chill some where. The idea is to get some personal interaction and see how she responds to you in person. Ask her out in the lunchtime through later afternoon. The idea is that it doesnt seem like a formal date. Its the kind of date where you two just meet up and discuss whatever it is that u want to discuss.
