Help with friend

I just need some advice on this girl for a shy guy. Im in yr10 high school and dont have alot of exp. with chicks. Theres this girl i have liked for a long time and have recently become friends with. cant stop thinking about her and need some advice on how to show her i like her without ruining friendship. One of the things suggested on this forum was to become friends with her friends, but i recently hooked up with her best friend when drunk at a party so i dont reallywanna talk to her. Is there any other suggestions?

just tell her. say something like "i hope this doesn't wreck our friendship, but, I've kind of liked you for a while now"

that's how my friends got together!
