Just say I'm thinking of doing, or going wherever, and I just called to see if you might want to go with me. Something like that I guess. If she rejects you, so what. Many guys have probably been rejected before. Even if she does rejects you that doesn't mean that she doesn't like you, she could just be shy. jimstarks Posted November 5, 2004 Share Posted November 5, 2004 do you talk to her? if not just have your friend introduce you...calling out of the blue saying a friend gave you her number might be to much...so just have your friend introduce you to her then call her...remember to keep cool ...girls pick up on a nervous guy...and my advice on a first date is to go with friends ..a group thing ...it helps both of you not feel nervous.
