i'm about to ask a girl out over the phone (still. been plannng how to do it for months) she doesn't know that i have her number as i got it off a friend of mine. what should i say to her and what should i do if i am rejected?

You know what just do it. Stop with all the planning. Just call her up and maybe ask her out for a date. Just say I'm thinking of doing, or going wherever, and I just called to see if you might want to go with me. Something like that I guess. If she rejects you, so what. Many guys have probably been rejected before. Even if she does rejects you that doesn't mean that she doesn't like you, she could just be shy.

Just phone her up, tell her who you are , and ask whether she would like to go and hangout with you next weekend (be specific on a day). If she says no then you will have to respect her wishes, but remember that nothing ventured, nothing gained.

whoa, don't ask her out over the phone if she didn't give you her number. if you were already positive she liked you , this might be okay...but you have a better chance if you ask her for her number first.

i am quite sure she's into me. every time she see's me she does anything to make me notice her, and i have heard rumors.

do you talk to her? if not just have your friend introduce you...calling out of the blue saying a friend gave you her number might be to much...so just have your friend introduce you to her then call her...remember to keep cool ...girls pick up on a nervous guy...and my advice on a first date is to go with friends ..a group thing ...it helps both of you not feel nervous.
