Sending a letter to my ex.

As you can see from the title I have wrote a letter to my ex girlfriend explaining my feelings on our relationship break up what I need advice on is whether or not I should send it. She used to like it when i wrote her letters while we where together so what do you think should I send it or not? I should add that its not just my feelings on the break up but my feelings for her on a whole I really want this girl back we broke up over something stupid and it's just a waste to throw away 4 years of happiness.
