caliboy
Just wondering if anyone has any tricks or methods for overcoming jealousy. Preferrably from a guys point of view (if that matters). Things to tell yourself when it sarts to surface. Ways to keep calm without getting quiet, distant and almost bitter/resentful at the other person. Any real life stories of overcoming jealousy. Any links or other resources. Thanks all for any help. Link to comment

Cadence308
People get jealous in response to a perceived sense of loss or a threat of a loss. It's a common emotion that all humans should feel at some time or another. If we don't then there's something wrong. Good luck trying to control it! Link to comment
