I would like to know why when after a couple has been aruging they tend to make up with passionate sex or sexual activity which is at an increased level than prior to the argument. Please respond as soon as possible

if you've been wanting to get back with someone, and you achieve this you feel a sort of accomplishment, i guess when you feel the eugh to have sexual intercourse it's because you relise how much you've missed the person, and want to be as close to them as possible its just a heat of the moment thing.
