MUSIC is GREAT THERAPY

People relate to songs. When I get down, I listen to some favorite songs of mine. It changes all the time. I wanted to start this forum to see what people are listening as well. I like to discover new music and also hopefully people may take my recommendation for healing.

 

Here is one song that I've been listening to lately and has been making me feel better.

I've realized lately just how helpful music is in keeping me sane and centered. For some reason, I find that depressing music (Smiths, Belle and Sebastian, etc.) soothes me. Maybe when I'm down that is what I relate to, I think it makes me feel less alone to know that others are feeling the way I do, even if the feeling is a negative one.
