Has anyone had an ex try to set you up with another person?

Last week, my ex sent me a text trying to convince me to go out with a friend we have. I kept telling him no. He said he was trying to help two people find love.

 

Then today he sent me a Merry Christmas text.

That'd annoy me, the ex who now is your matchmaker. Who knows what he's telling this friend.

I had an ex from a while back do that but the circumstances were different. We weren't together that long and we realized we were better off as friends. He actually introduced me to the next guy I dated but that was about a year later.

 

I would just tell your ex that you are perfectly capable of finding someone on your own.

That would really hurt. I had it happen and all it did was reinforce to me that she was over me and did not want me anymore. sucked.
