Ok, i'm going to turn this into a yes or no question, because your making it seem like one.

 

Your 5'4, between 135-140 lbs @ age 15 and you think your fat. Correct?..should i think about this or should i just give you my impulse answer.

yes you are , but your only 15, just don't gain anymore weight, start doing excersice.

 

If you want to loose weight...run about 3 times a week for about 10-15 minutes.

 

And if you really want to loose weight increase the time that you run as you go on...

running and bikeing is really the best way, it even beats all those diets, plus your doing your body a favor. This whole process may take up to a year, but before you know it all your hard work would pay off, but keep it up to keep it off.

That is not overweight..it is very average..believe me you do not want to be a stick creature. What magazines and pop stars are portraying these days is for the most part physically impossible for most people and very unhealthy. Skinny is not necessarily healthy, not to mention unattractive to some men.
