Hmm. She just went into the bar area looking for something. (which is about 5ft away from where I'm sitting). She then came out of the bar, saw me looking at her and said "I'm looking for a little blanket." So I got up and picked up a blanket from the couch and said "Here's one!" and smiled at her. She took the blanket then turned away and said thankyou in a matter-of-fact voice.

Well, she said "thank you", not "It's too big/small/has baby puke on it"

 

Look for the positives, don't dismiss them by the perceived negatives...She may feed off your more positive energy.
