Honestly, it's not very healthy, though I do imagine you'll be dropping pounds quickly. But for the long haul, it just won't do. I'm mostly concerned about your nutrition, or lack thereof. The last thing you want is for your body to get the munchies and start snacking on some muscle. Exactly my thoughts. There's not enough daily nutritional value in your meals for even a pre-teen. I realize you're trying to loose weight, quickly, but you have to ask yourself if you seriously see yourself eating like this in the long run. You need to turn your diet into a lifestyle change. Replace you normal foods with healthier options and alternatives instead of simply depriving your body of nutrients. Link to comment
