You cannot mistake it and there will be no doubt about it, nor will you wonder if you just had one. When you have experienced the real thing, it's impossible not to know. Like everyone else said, you will know when you have one. Stay relax and try not to think about "getting there" too much while doing it... otherwise your focus will be on "when is it coming" .. . stay relaxed and focus on how you feel. Try to be very aware of the sensations going on in your body while you are doing it...
