Her mother won't let us meet in real life

That's a pretty big age gap...considering the ages, also.

 

Although the age of consent is 16, it could still be pretty dangerous.

 

She is very young compared to you, so I understand why her mother won't let her see you. I, personally, wouldn't let my 16-year-old daughter meet with a 24-year-old man, either (no offense).

 

The fact that she's so tied to her parents, still, shows that she is also still pretty immature.

 

I don't think it's a good idea to pursue this relationship at this point.

 

As far as what you can do, I don't think there's much you can do at this point. Her mother won't let her see you, & she's not willing to see you unless her mother lets.

 

Only thing I can think of is you talking to her mom, but something tells me that won't work either.
