Consider I'm also in a long distance relationship which sucks too, else I wouldn't be doing it so much. The real thing with the one you love (having them here with you) is different than self stimulation. Anyways is that normal even on periods somehow I still do it (well when I stopped having the cramps that is). Link to comment
