I can't talk to him!

I want to try and heal my ex boyfriend and I's relationship through communicating. I can talk to all my guy friends with no problem, but when it comes to him I seem to just stutter and get really shy. What can I do to help myself talk to him? No communication was the reason we broke up in the first place.

If you get tongue tied when trying to communicate with him, then try writing him a letter!, write it by hand, and get a nice envelope.

 

You can take all the time you need to say what you want exactly the way you want.

 

You can practice using a word processor, but when it comes to writing it for him, do it by hand.
