_Asti_
I've been meaning to. The Kite Runner blew me away, so I was anxious to pick up his second novel, and just haven't yet but certainly will this summer. Link to comment
i_love_chocolate
I read "The Kite Runner" and even watched the movie. It's such a good book. I heard that "A Thousand Splendid Suns" is good too. However, I don't plan to read sad books now. The Kite Runner was enough sadness for me Link to comment
_Asti_
I finally read it. It was good, I enjoyed it. I found some similarities between the two, this book dealt with female characters, in the same setting, and what not. I still think I prefer the Kite Runner over this one..but it was still a great read that I couldn't put down, and thoroughly enjoyed. Link to comment
