  1. Ive been lifting for years and have done well. I used to have string bean arms and a chicken chest. You need to eat well and eat enough. Keep the junk food to a minimum. Eat lots of good protien several times throughout the day and eat brown rice, veggies, oatmeal things like that. Im assuming that you have access to weights in school or at home so heres a routine you can do. Remember less is more!!! always let your muscles rest. Mon, Wed, Fri do this routine for starters

    Squats or leg press

    pushups or bench press

standing curls with dumbells or a straight bar

do this for a month then change things around a bit....add more wieght as you get stronger add more wieght

do 4 sets of each exercise

  2. I am a guy that very rarely reads signals well. A friend of mine that just got married and we were talking a few months before her marriage and she told me that liked me in the past but I never picked her signals. Ive heard this over and over again. Women tell me that they were interested but ive never got the signals. some of us are just really bad with picking up these signals and im one of em.

  3. Well after reading your post it sounds to me like this guy may have lost interest way before he decided to drop the bomb on you. I've seen this happen so many times. Matter of fact, it happenend to me. The last girl I was with for more than two years pulled the same stunt. In your shoes it's hard to be strong because your feelings are so intertwined into the relationship. Keep your head up!!

  4. Hello: I read your message and wanted to reply. It's ahrd to move on after a break up. Some days are worse than others because of routines and things like that. Try to do something different on Sundays or hang withy some friends. When I first broke up with my girlfriend it weas hard, but it became easier aa=s the days went on.......Take care...Jeremy
