well I dont want to be a back up option. Do you really think that is the case? I just wish I knew what was going on in her head. The last time we hung out I told her that I wasnt going to be around for ever and for her to make up her mind. She agreed and still has been the one that has contacted me, she is making the first move, not me. But I guess I'll find out sooner or later what the deal is. thanks

I dont know. She made it clear that she wants me to go. I was skeptical at first but knowing her, she is very attractive and outgoing, she would have no trouble getting a date.

OK. Well I am new on this board, but have been reading posts since my ex and I broke up. We have been going out for two years in college. I graduated in May and have been working full time while she had one more year. The first semester was tough because we had different scheduals and didn't see each other that much. We ended up seeing each other once during the week and then every Friday. (We both agreed that Saturday would be a day for friends.) Everything was going ok, expesially when she was home on breaks or when the semester ended. Then it all fell apart during her last semester. We both weren't happy, even though I wouldn't admit it, its true. So she broke up with me saying that she wasn't happy and that she couldn't control how she feels. After two weeks of contact with her I finally cut it off. No calls texts or email, but she would text me periodically to she how I was. After two months of being single she contacted me a few times to meet up. At first I said no but then I agreed. So we went to dinner and after I got most of the stuff, that were bothering me off my chest, it was fine. It ended up that she wanted me to go with her to her formal. So I said yes, and we decided to hang out more in order for us to get comfortable again. We both said that there is no way we can just jump back into what we had and that we had to take it slow. We spoke about everything expecially about other guys that she hungout with while she was single. She said that someone new was exciting but didn't compare to me. There are somethings that are bothering me though. 1. She said that she felt like she has a deadline to get back with me. 2. Somedays she texts me a lot, then some times she doesn't even text me that much. I just don't know what to think anymore. I don't know if I am thinking into this too much. I just want to know if anyone has any advice that they can give me.
