Thanks for all yor comments i have taken them all into account. If you have any more suggestions in ways to overcome shyness i would truly appreciate them. I have been trying to get rid of it for more than a year now i mean really trying. Still the feeling pesists and it is bringing me down. By the way this is my weak point shyness that is but if you ever need help in anything else just drop me an email i'll do my best to help you. I would really be thankful if you can suggest ways of reducing shyness.

I really appreciate your comments. I still feel its too hard to overcome shyness to me its more like a disease a hindrance and i can't break it even though i try to.

Here is a problem.......(written in first person) Not so long ago i met a girl at a work experience program, coincidentaly i got a crush on her. Now back at the college we go to we see each other quite often more than acquaintances we are not so we usually just exchange a hello how are you? type of conversation anyway i'm really attracted to this girl but she just broke up with her boyfriend who she had been with for a long time. When is the right time and how do i tell her that i really do like her that is my question. Apart from that i'm a really shy person any ideas on how to defeat shyness its the worst attribute i possess. I would appreciate any comments on how to tackle the problems outlined in the last paragraph. Honestly if i could get rid of the shy side of me i'd have no problems. Thats all
