Keeping Sane--in a high stress lifestyle.

Recommended Posts

Hello to all who have stepped into this forum, because you too are a little stressed out and can't seem to escape...ever. I'm exaggerating a bit, I know we all have a little time to step away from our busy lives, but I feel like that time becomes smaller every time I try, and less effective.

I decided I needed to change this so I have begun searching for ways to consistently and efforlessly reduce my stress level through relaxation. In the past few months I have tried many different methods from rock climbing to palates and was anxious to share some of my successes as well as hopefully learn more about what others are doing.

I know I'm not the only one that leads a hectic lifestyle, many of us sometimes feel like stress is the only thing holding me together. Take it from me it is not! When you give it up you become more effctive, think more concisely and handle monstrous problems with clarity.

Would love to hear some tips and tricks from any one who has made something work for extended periods of time.

I think that a martial art will work very fine.

I'd recommend Karate, but that's just me.

Maybe you should try Kung-Fu.

Martial arts make you forget everything, make you focus and might even make you more productive.

that means more time to relax or more time to do stuff.

even if you think you don't have time for that, try it.

It might sound weird, but adding more things to your schedule makes you more organized, thereforeeeeeee more efficient.

I hope that helps.
