I didn't think this was physiologically possible. An erection is supposed to prevent you from being able to urinate. The urine kills sperm so our bodies prevent that from being possible to happen.

 

That's also why sometimes if you have to pee real bad when you wake up in the morning, you'll have an erection. Stops accidents from happening.

its unusual but it happened to a girl i know, she was giving one and the guy peed in her mouth. She said he was way more upset than she was and ran out.
