I am 16, so I am not sure if I will just grow out of this, but..When I masturbate, one of my balls seems to move up...like almost out of my scrotum while I am stroking, as soon as I stop stroking, it moves down..It doesn't hurt, it is just uncomfortable, and almost sickening feelings when it moves down.
