Guys opinion needed please

I don't know what to do. I've just started to get over my ex AGAIN, after 3 months of NC and he just sent me one of his funny forward e-mails. I don't know what this means, he obviously doesn't want to lose all contact with me. I don't know if he thinks I'll e-mail him back now or what.

He broke up with me saying he wasn't ready for a relationship, so I never spoke to him after that until one day he contacted me saying he thought he might have made a mistake, but nothing came of that so I applied strict NC again until now.

I don't wanna read too much into this but it's really difficult. Do you think it could be a good sign? would you do this in his situation?

I think he just forwarded an email to you, either to make you laugh or by mistake and if he had anything to say then, well, he'd say it.

 

Stick to your NC, this means nothing whatsoever in the grand scheme of things. I think you might be hoping for it too though so you may not be over him
