That is an interesting statement you have brought up.

 

In my own opinion time translates to experience, experience that we can adapt to new situations in life. No two events are the same, we are shown how to do it once, the second time we have to use our intelligence and the fundamentals of experience in the past to make the correct decision the second time around. This is so true in relationships, what values and identities we learn from one relationship we carry on into the next.
