fantasia2004
How can you regain confidence if you lost yourself and are ridddled with guilt and don't like yourself at all? What do people mean by living drama free? Link to comment
iamteddybearfeelmecuddle
Some people thrive on drama. If things are going smoothly and everyone's happy, they have to go and create some big emotional scene. I guess living drama free would be avoiding dealing with people like that, or at least not letting them drag you into it. Link to comment

AwdreeHpburn
How can you regain confidence....quite the loaded question.... Small, baby steps. Set a goal. A realistic, obtainable goal. Stop at nothing to reach your goal. Rinse and repeat.... Link to comment
fantasia2004
well what dont you like about yourself? work on those would help your confidence I guess what I really don't like about myself that I have been allowing all types of people to walk all over me including friends when I should have put a halt to it. When I do speak up for myself, they take it likely or become offended by my comments whether I write my opinions or speak vocally on them. I would like to be taken seriously on things that matter to me and not let others feel that they can treat me however they choose. I feel this is one battle i am not winning at all. Link to comment
talo
How can you regain confidence... ... and not let others feel that they can treat me however they choose. People can always choose how they treat another. Confidence is always choosing how to treat yourself. Link to comment
