i like this guy .he was touching mt foot with his foot and when i moved closer he backed away.he stole my ticket to a play and laughed whne i found out,and he said he was "josh" bu it was him and he laughed when i foun out it was him. i like him alot and i asked him out a month ago should i ask him out?do u think he likes me? and by the way hes really shy

What happened when you asked him out the first time? A month isn't that long ago, but is he acting much different now? Maybe he was able to see more in you after and started liking you more, but I think more info is needed on how he is acting... a lot of young guys kind of act like that, but it doesn't mean he flat out doesn't like you in that way.
