My Ex and Prom

My ex and I broke up in late December. When we broke up, we ended up still being friends, and that was okay. In late February, he asked me to go to his senior prom with him. Seeing how we still got along and still hung out, I said yes. Since then, he has been ignoring me, and we have grown far apart. He did tell me that there were times that he wasnt sure about going to prom with me. So now, Im not sure I want to go with me. He doesnt even socialize with me. I dont hate him, and I dont want to hurt him. What should I do?

Maybe you should talk to him and see whats up. He'll probably tell you what's going on and depending on what he tells you, you can decide whether you should go to prom or not.

Yeah you should talk with him and see whats up. You guys broke up so you should take this time and work on yourself. If you think going to prom will somehow bring back old feelings and old pain, then i wouldn't go. You have to put yourself first.
