TURNING DOWN SOMEONE GENTLY

There's this girl who likes you, and she asked you if she could talk to you alone, and asks you out. But the problem is You don't have any feelings for her, the way she has for you. How would you turn her down easy?

Guh... I have the same problem... Back in high school when I was stupid, I'd just ask for their number and either not call them or tell them that I wasn't interested on the phone. Trust me, its easier on the phone than in person.

 

Anyways, i'll be watching this post... I still need help. HS tactics don't work anymore.

Why don't you simply tell her that you do not have the same feelings for her? The fact that you're even spending thoughts about not hurting her feelings tells me that you'll be able to tell her that in a gentle, not rough way. Naturally. I am sure you would hurt her more if you would just take the easy way and ignore her or go out with her and not tell her the truth. Being straight forward and honest to her shows respect towards her, and prevents awkward situations every time you accidentally meet.
