It sounds like you're getting a grip on everything. The whole drunk incident is unfortunate, however, it does happen. Try not to regret it and just learn and move on instead.

 

Your ex might call and she might not. It doesn't matter though. You just need to move on. Sounds like you have things mostly under control. Time is the remaining factor here, I think.

The question should be if YOU have moved on....thats one way to gauge their feelings about you. If they know YOU have moved on they will most likely gravitate towards you more...and if they don't you have your answer too...BUT you won't care as amuch.
