My husband shaves his pubic area because he says he feels cleaner down there as a result but most of his friends do not, so not EVERYONE does! Link to comment

Meow18 Posted September 23, 2005 Share Posted September 23, 2005 Not everyone shaves. It's sort of just a personal preference. My boyfriend doesn't shave and it honestly does not bother me at all. Some girls like guys to be shaved, others don't care. Just go with how you feel. As long as it's not crazy down there then it shouldn't really be a big deal to anyone else anyway. You could always try trimming a little if you think it's too much down there. Shaving requires a lot of taking care of. Link to comment

If you shave it- it grows back...and it's pinchy...if you're intimate with someone....the pinchiness can feel like sandpaper on your partner....especially during sex.
