Hi

 

First off im not a self consisos person at all so im not being paranoid. But i have a fairly big backside. I have to buy big trousers and take the legs up on them.

 

The rest of me in in pretty good shape. not far off a six pack. i dont do that much exercise but im a keen walker and just recently did nijmegen(100 miles over 4 days) and have been walking at least 25 miles in day once every months as training for it.

 

Also i have a fast metabalisim(sp). Soooo what can i do get it's size down?
