had a really bad weekend need some help

hello, I ended up spending the weekend with my ex bf to try to resolve some of the issues we been having. At fisrt things were going really cool and it felt like we were finally solving some of the issues that has been disturbing me for quite sometime now. Yesterday we went to the racetrack with some mutual friends and one of my friends ended up getting really drunk and said some things to me about my boyfriend that really got me upset. I don't know if I should shrug it off because she was really drunk or consider her a good source of information. Her husband is bestfriends with my bf and she told me she heard them talking and my boyfriend said that he doesn't have any room in his life for me that he has way to many things going on his life right now.
