Me and my gf are broken up now. but i still like her alot and even though we dont go out i still get jealous when shes with another man. can someone help me get over her

I know its a pain.. but to overcome on her the last thing is "NC Phase".. NO CONTACT...If you see her again just make yourself normal near her..and you better make your mind busy somewhere like going shopping, go gym, clubing partying..and look for some1 special for you..

Just ler her go..you cannot do anything just jealous and make yourself bad..
