Worst gift ever and how to handle it

How would you handle gettign a vibrator for Christmas from someone you've been seeing for a couple of months?

Not sure if I am over-reacting, but I sure am angry and insulted.

Here's the thing with gifts...it's the thought that counts. A vibrator isn't an insensitive gift..he's putting thought into YOUR pleasure. It might help to look at the reasons why he may have gotten you a vibrator...instead of the fact he got you a vibrator...

 

Have the two of you ever talked about spicing up your sexual relationship? Or are you open with him when it comes to fantasies at times?

 

There are some people that are just lousy at gift giving...tak this as a sign that he is probably one of em and when the next gift giving opportunity comes along...now you know to hint, if not down right request...what you want.

I agree with ticklebug. Some Such as myself, are terrible in thinking up gifts for people. Like some people say... women are better with the... giving out gifts thing than guys... Which may not always be the thing...

I would be embarrassed and offended... but i might joke it off somehow and tell him that it wasn't themodel you had in mind, or you didn't mind the gift but rather wished it had come from a differnt giver..........

Either that or wrap it back up and give it nack to him and illustrate where it fits...
