Is it so that it is not up to a guy to smile, is this the girl's task? Also, could it be that the girl is not smiling, but yet still liking me? How would it make me look if I smiled first? The person who wants to be friendly smiles, but she might like the looks of you fine but is a little bit shy to talk to you because you don't smile! So smile at her next time and see what happens.
