Anyone heard of crystal vapour e cigarette, ive given up smoking and been having these vapour e ciggs for 6 weeks dont feel like a real cigarette anyone got any thoughts on e cigs

A friend of a friend used one for a while. He says it helped him tremendously with easing off the habit.

 

To quit smoking you need to want to quit smoking, though. Aids and gimmicks aren't going to make any difference unless you have the willpower.
