Pimples!

I have one on the base of my nose and it hurts like hell! I think it's a pimple anyway, still hurts

I have been fairly lucky as far as having clear skin goes, but the odd time when I do get a break out, it's bad. I have a few going down the left side of my face which actually resemble a constellation of sorts.

 

The ones on the nose hurt the worst I find, as well as the ones near the eyebrow area. I know you're not supposed to pick at them but usually I use hot water to agitate them to the surface until they form a head and then pop the hell out of them. Quite the achievement.
