Ive been thinking of all the bad things that could happen, and these images are replaying over and over and OVER in my head. anyone else like this? or have any good tips on how to set myself free? I dont want to lose my relationship or lose my sanity. I just want to be happy. Link to comment
Herejoeywas Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 I do that all the time too saddly. the only way the i have found to break away from it is to figure out what the problem is and then talk about it with the someone, the problem is that its stuck on a loop in your head and your trying to solve it but cant find a way to do so, so you keep thinking about it. Usually a perspective from outside your head can help (bf, gf, dad, mom, friends) whoever you feel like you can talk to about it. But i feel like everyone should be able to talk to there bf/gf about anything. Link to comment
