Depression

Hi all,

 

So its been a while since i've been here. two years ago I started suffering from a major depression. I went on medication and made major changes to my life. I came off the meds around 4 months ago and also got back with my girlfriend a little over a year ago. things have been going great up until maybe 2 weeks ago. I noticed my mood starting to drop as well as poor sleep lack of motivation etc. The normal symptoms.

 

 

So I dropped off caffine and alcohol, started eating better, exercising more (I do at least 30 mins of walking per day plus gym 4 days a week)

 

Does anyone have any other ideas of what I can do to naturally help pull myself through?
