someguy87 Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 for about a week, I would get up early at 5 or 6 am after over 8~12 hours of sleep. After 10 hours, I get extremely drowsy and must sleep again. So I am awake for 10 ~12 hours everyday ! is there something wrong with me ? Link to comment
Ivory_Tower Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 Have you considered having a sleep study done? I had the same issue for a long time. Chemicals are released in your brain after tons of sleep and can actually make you even more drowsy. Link to comment
