The g-spot is inside the vagina on the "ceiling" of the orifice. Best way to find it is to play with this area and ask her where it feels the best.

The G-spot is rather hard to find, but its easy because of the clitorus. Its located in the same area, well inside your gal. but its on the top.. like they said.

 

Another easy way to find it is to put a finger inside her (gently and always make sure your hands are clean!!) and feel around on the 'ceiling' where you should feel some ridges inside.
