vivia12 Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 hey Empoprer, trying to not define yoruself through others is a long progess since we are taught to make other opinions(others meaning people who influences us,our bosses,coworkers,family,friends,love) them more important than us. If ther is something you don't agree on,don't try to keep it in in order to please others or you'll be hiding yourself in that trap. Many times self-worth can be tipped out of balanced if you internalize people's behavious good and bad,that i'm learning day by day. last but not least,yes get your self a very very good therapists that can provide a healing accepting envioronment, that helps Link to comment
