Ac143 Posted July 3, 2010 Share Posted July 3, 2010 I never heard of Gillian Michael, but my husband did the P90x for awhile then changed to Insanity...both were very hard, but I'm assuming if you stick with any of these programs they will work...lots of people just stop & then complain that they didn't see results. If you do ANY program, while eating correctly, you will see results, so i'm sure it would work. Link to comment
