Age difference....is this a problem

Hey im dating a 15 year old. she will turn 16 in January and im 17 turning 18 in Sept. Is that a problem???

I know i will be an adult and could get charged as an adult if we did nething.

please help me

Once she turns 16 then everythings cool.. but 17 in 2 states.. not sure which ones tho so jus look up age of consent in australia

It really does all depend on where ure at.. I know here in NC the age of consent is 16, but most places if it's consentual and there's a yr or less then they wont say or do much of anything.

So just check the laws cuz all laws are different.

Other then that.. That isn't really much of an age gap.

there is a 3 year range allowed if he is over 18 in some places. Here in texas its 18. But if you lie within 3 years (shes 15 and your 18) its up to her to place charges. Her parents could complain, but nothing more. Also if yall are dating before your 18, it won't be as big as a problem now. make sure to get on her parents good side fast. less likely a problem then.

Its not illegal unless it gets physical even then some states have the age limit as low as 16
