Zeitgeist
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but I think it fits. Many of you have probably seen this youtube video, but it's of a 47 year old woman who sings I Dreamed A Dream (from Les Miserables) on Britain's Got Talent. I keep watching it because it makes me smile and feel good. And then I realized why. Here's this 47 year old very plain looking woman who lives alone and has never even been kissed, and yet she manages to carry this attitude of "oh well, life goes on". I have such respect and admiration for that. Link to comment

pumpkinmoon
Awww. What an amazing woman. I wish I could have half of her enthusiam. She seems so happy within herself. It's great! Maybe the more we have the less we appreciate. It's sad really. Link to comment
tulipsfav
Susan Boyle really did rock that audience!! It amazes me though people are so judge mental, this woman with an unbelievable voice was basically frowned upon when she came out on stage because of her appearance, i think she looks great for a 47 year old woman. Well done to her, she blew the audience and viewers away. And as for all the small minded people who doubted her, bet they felt really dumb!! She really put a smile on my face. Link to comment

meiling
This woman just made my night! Er.. morning. I feel so happy for her! Everyone in that audience will hopefully think twice about judging a person based on appearance. She really seems to have a great heart and a beautiful voice. Link to comment
