abcd1234
Hi everyone! I have been feeling a bit down recently and i have found that music and working out are two of the best things that help cheer me up. I was wondering what things help you out or take your mind of things when you are feeling upset or just a bit down? Link to comment

neva_black_n_white
i would have to say that i enjoy speaking to my boyfriend, it seems that i can open up alot however, i dont like to offload all my problems on him. i also have a twin sister, and when were okay i love to talk to her. we kind of get on more than a family, like a great mate kind of thing. still venting through writing is also good for me. kel Link to comment

sidehop
I try to keep busy. When I'm down, I always find myself being negative about things, procrastinating or uncertain about things. I usually drag myself to the gym then, or go for bike ride and sometimes take a nice hot bath to clense myself Link to comment
thatguy04
For me, to get my mood up, I sleep, listen to music, or either go on or think of adventures(heh, that probably comes from my rpg gaming habbit) Link to comment
