I've always been a kind of overly romantic kid in relationships. But, as I got older and reflected a bit I've kinda viewed some of my past endevors as being perhaps over the top or dare I say even clingy. More of a multi question post for the ladies:

 

1. What do you think the frequency of gifts should be in a serious relationship?

 

2. Would you consider romance a "good times" only event vs perhaps a shot in the arm for a slump/conflict time?

 

3. Generally how emotional/romantic (frequency) do you prefer your men? Which is to say how do you like your boyfriend to approach conflict resolution. In terms of putting his foot down and or speaking about emotions. (softer side)
