And you mentioned earlier that your computer is in your room. So if you've been in your room on the computer all day, that's time to yourself. If you can not get on medication right away you may want to try some high quality St John's Wart. It is very under rated stuff. Link to comment

I felt like nothing in this world would ever make the pain go away. I thought suicide was the the only way out. Thankfully, I told my best friend who told my parents. It's been a really long journey, but now I'm 19 and I'm happy. You will be, too. 13 is a very hard age but please give your future happiness a chance. Link to comment
