im starting a new pack today, and im wondering if when i do so if i can take it at the time desired. when i started the first pack it was all wack, and i ended up taking it really late at night, and now i want to take it in the afternoon. can i do that? or do i have to continue to take it at the time i was before?

Hello Shoegal,

 

It's wise to check with your doctor on these kinds of things, but I think that as long as you take it earlier (rather than the afternoon of the next day), there isn't a problem.

It's ok to start them in the afternoon now, just make sure you take all of them for this month in the afternoon.
