    Day 14, had the urge to contact her today for the first time since NC started. But since it is so late in the day I should be able to just sleep it off. Damn this is hard.

    Day 1 of NC. I had been doing NIC for the first month after the breakup but I fell completely off the wagon this past weekend and it made me realize I needed to do full NC. I know it is only day 1, but I have had no urges to contact, so success so far.
